Flexi-Learn
School & Training-Centre Management
Run the school, not the courseware. Rounds, courses, students, teachers, attendance, fees and reports — in English, German and Arabic, on a database of your own.

The administrative side of a school, in one place
Flexi-Learn is a multi-tenant platform for schools, language institutes and tutoring centres. It manages intake rounds, the course catalogue, the rosters, who turned up, what was owed and what was paid — and turns each of those into a document you can hand to a parent or an auditor.
Every school runs the same codebase on infrastructure of its own: its own database, its own storage, its own secrets. Setting one up is configuration, not a rebuild.
What the platform actually does
Rounds, courses and reusable templates
Group courses into intake rounds with their own start and end dates. Build a course once as a template — duration, lessons per week, fees — and stamp new courses from it. Editing a template never rewrites the courses already running.
Attendance, including student self check-in
Mark students present, late, absent or excused per lecture, with minutes late recorded. Teachers can open a QR code or a six-digit PIN and let students check themselves in; each check-in waits for review before it counts.
Fees, payments and invoices
Define tuition, registration, materials and exam fees, assign them to students with discounts or waivers, and record payments in cash, by transfer, by card or online. Every fee produces a printable invoice.
Reports as finished PDFs
A weekly classroom report for parents, an annual report card with German 1–6 grades, and a financial report you can scope to one course, one round, one centre or one teacher. Generated as PDFs, carrying your school name.
Three languages, right-to-left included
The whole interface ships in English, German and Arabic, and the layout mirrors properly for Arabic rather than merely translating the labels. Reports are written in the same three languages.
AI-assisted translation of what you type
Names, subject and lesson titles, and short notes can be translated between the three languages by a model running on Cloudflare Workers AI — up to 500 characters at a time. Any translation can be corrected by hand. It translates your labels, not your teaching.

admin@flexilearn.local/adminBuilt for schools that run on cohorts
Flexi-Learn suits places where students move through courses in groups, attendance matters, and someone has to invoice for it.
Language schools
Courses organised by level, each with its own intake round, its own roster and its own teaching staff. The demo tenant runs exactly this shape.
Tutoring centres
Recurring weekly schedules, where cancellations and rescheduled lessons are handled as exceptions rather than as edits to the timetable.
Weekend and community schools
A full Arabic interface with right-to-left layout, and a weekly report parents can read in the language they speak at home.
Multi-centre academies
Several centres, each with its own rooms, and a financial report you can scope to one centre or read across all of them.
Every school gets its own stack
Flexi-Learn is multi-tenant the way an apartment building is, not the way a dormitory is: each school gets its own walls rather than a labelled shelf in a shared room.
A database of your own
One Worker, one database, one storage bucket, one cache namespace and separate secrets per school. There is no shared table and no school-ID column, so a query that reaches another school’s data is not something we guard against — it is something that cannot be written.
Your database in the EU region
Each school’s database is created in the EU region on Cloudflare, and its files stay in the storage bucket that belongs to that school.
Your own version of the platform
Each school is pinned to a version of the codebase, and each version is built and deployed on its own. A feature written for your school ships to your school, and platform updates reach you when you are ready for them.
Provisioned, not rebuilt
One command creates the database, the storage, the cache and the secrets, registers the school and wires it into the deployment pipeline. Standing up a school is configuration — hours, not weeks.
No app to install
Office staff, teachers and parents all reach Flexi-Learn through the browser they already have.
